Soft and whimsical – A soft cover Afrocentric/Aerocentric journal
I started testing out different fabric materials for my future projects which will be revealed in due time. I thought I should do a mixture of slow- and fast- stitching and add a touch of vintage to its craft. The purpose of adding a slow stitch is to invest my time in shaping some elements I have dealt with over the years.
This junk journal was made under Airy energy in which I later realized it may be suitable for air benders because during the time in making this journal, there was a lot of wind power and bittersweet emotion towards change or transformation. The emotion was not physical but mystical – something that was felt through the emotions of Elementals.
During its peak, wind elementals desired for attention or being in charge when it comes down to AEther bending. This is another feminine frequency and as I am describing the nature of this junk journal, I come to realize that there is a lot of feminine energy at work rather than our counterparts. It is sublimely eerie because it seems like the new world will only need one type of density..., it will be only masculine or feminine. Also, I not only picked up its emotions but the realization and the need of even-tempered society. In other words, stability in any foundation of life is highly required in a high dimensional environment.
In this journal you will see a lot of butterflies and the touch of a well-balanced pastel colors throughout this book. There are black pages to represent the solidification of life. When we want to create words and see them come into existence, a black page as the color of cosmic chaos, Chaos must agree to your terms of fulfilling a dream or keeping them hidden. After all this book is alluring and soft spoken but there is no need for enchantments because purity spoken from the heart conquers all ails.
The handmade papers by group of Nepalese women are biodegradable and can be used for alcohol inks or markers, however the ink may bleed through from time to time.
Most of my journals come with plenty of writing space and ephemeral arts including bookmarks or cute tags.
Leaving out the specifications of my products is intentional because I want to encourage anyone who is interested in this journal or any of my handmade items to ask questions prior to purchasing.
